When i received my product from very first try i noticed that left earbud isnt producing quite same performance as right. i even thought that was my ear or the shape of my ear but no i switched them places right to left and left to right and the left earbud witch was now in right ear was the same as it was in left ear distorted sound quite high pich sound overtaking instead of low and that is not right. it gives me great disbalance even trying to do sports as the sounds are not the same and gives quite the frustration. i want to know what i should do next as im not really happy about it. thank you for your time.
